ORDER PROCESS: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a comprehensive questionnaire via email. This form is designed to capture all the vital information and preferences essential for tailoring your unique design. To ensure a smooth process, we kindly request that you refrain from purchasing a service until you're fully prepared with all required details, including imagery, ideas, and any other pertinent information.
 
TURNAROUND TIMES: Our commitment to excellence extends to timely project deliveries. Please note that turnaround times may vary with specials, sales, and order volume. Revision time is not included in the turnaround time. Here's an estimated timeline for your reference:
Video edits (intros, outros, pop-ups, etc.): 7-10 business days
 
 
REVISIONS: Our revision policy is tailored to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final design. Revisions are intended for minor design changes and do not encompass a full redesign or new concept that requires additional research.
For artwork, including logos and business cards, three complimentary revisions are provided. If additional revisions are needed beyond the allocated three, a fee of $15 or more will be charged per revision. Video edits, including intros and outros, come with one free revision. Any revisions exceeding this limit will incur a fee of $15 or more per revision. The payment for additional revisions must be settled before the revisions are initiated.
 
REFUNDS: Once payment is made to Precise Studios, it is non-refundable, unless a prior agreement has been established between the client and designer. In the event of a dispute filed during the order's progress, the order will regrettably be canceled. We encourage you to carefully read through the instructions if you have any uncertainties about making a purchase.
